    a) Charter, Art. 5, s. 5-2(b)
    Review requirements for public hearing process on school budget, with intent to clarify or revise requirements to reflect current process.

    b) Charter, Art. 3, s. 3-12
    Park maintenance roles; separating Recreation and Human Services Commission from Park Maintenance department.

  5. Reports on other assignments from last meeting.
