  1. Assemble committee remarks from review of By-Laws, Article 12-31


  2. Discussion on charter review items

    a) Charter Art. 7, S. 6b
    Provide Charter & By-Law Review Committee with additional time for the submittal of recommendations report to town meeting.

    b) Bylaws Art 10, S.2
    Replace "Director of Civil Defense" with " Emergency Management Director".

    c) Charter Art. 4, S. 1c
    Review qualifications for new town administrator, particularly to ease requirement that Town Administrator serve full time as chief administrator of city or town elsewhere for five years.

    d) Charter Article 5, S. 2b
    Review requirements for public hearing process on school budget, with intent to clarify or revise requirements to reflect current process.
