Meeting, September 25, 2001

 

Present:  Paul Connolly, Raphael Herz, and Linda Wollschlager

Absent:  Jeff Phillips and Phil Verzani

 

The meeting was called to order by the chair at 7:21 PM in the School Department Training Room, Third Floor, Town Hall.

 

Minutes of the September 11 meeting were approved as written.

 

The committee discussed a handout for the upcoming Town Meeting and the introductory remarks to be presented by Mr. Herz for each article. The committee decided that only material to supplement the information provided by the Finance Committee is required:  (1) show superceded text for some articles; (2) state rationale for Article 18; (3) provide an explanatory table for Article 22. Mr. Herz will draft the supplementary material and circulate it to other members for comment.

 

The committee voted unanimously to postpone consideration of the four items previously postponed to this meeting to the November meeting.

 

The meeting adjourned at 9:50 PM.
